It means that you hammer onto it on the second fret. You play the unfretted and then quickly hammer your finger onto the second fret of the D string.

When i open my pc it says video error, HF:00.kh2+,VH:00.0h2+, what does it mean?

Those are Z’s, not 2′s
It’s trying to tell you that the Horizontal Frequency (HF) is 0 KiloHertz (KHZ), and the Vertical (not sure what the H is) frequency is 0 Hertz (Hz).
Essectually that you video adapter is not sending out a signal.

guitar tabs: How to play 0h#?
I was just wondering how to do a hammer on from a 0 note. I see a lot of tabs with 0h# (like 0h2) for example, and no matter how I try it I can’t get it to sound right. How do you hammer on when you’re not holding down any string in the first place?

It takes practice. I couldn’t get it either when I was first learning, but you just have to put your finger down with a little force (make sure you have a good callus. It makes it easier) while the open note is still sounding. You’ll hear the difference.
