For those of you who are serious about living your life yeast free, it is important to know all of the information first before you start this endeavor. The last thing that you want to see happen is that you make the commitment and then not know what to eat when you are just beginning that process. We want to go in there and know all of the information!
Begin by stocking up on the foods that I will mention in a second. On a yeast free diet, you are going to be eating 4-6 times per day instead of the old fashioned 3 meals per day. Spreading out meals will help keep your blood sugar and hunger under control. This might also be a slight change to your lifestyle; I know it was for mine. You can enjoy snacks between meals, but the right snacks. You may eat things like raw veggies (carrots, broccoli, asparagus, celery), nuts (but not peanuts or pistachios because they contain yeast). The added fresh vegetables to your diet will also help to clear out the dead and dying yeast cells as well as their mycotoxins from your body…..and that is a really good thing!
