Hello, My name is Margaret and about 5 years ago I adopted a yeast free lifestyle because I was experiencing some health conditions that were directly correclated with the amounts of yeast that I was intaking each day in my diet.  By simply (and easily) changing my eating habits, I was able to say goodbye to the health issues I was having because of the yeast that were present in the foods that I was eating.  Many of the aches and pains I was having were from the yeast in my food, such as all foods with sugar, white refined flour, and cheese.
